Roasted Branzino

Serves 4

Prep & Cook Time 45 min.

Ingredients Needed:
2 Whole Branzino (About 1lb each. Scaled and cleaned, head and tail on)

Citrus Fruits (lemon, orange, and lime)

White Onion

Fresh Parsley

Fresh Cilantro

Olive Oil

Butter

“Peruvian Garlic”

Supplies Needed:
Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

Baking Dish

Aluminum Foil

The Process:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Drizzle Olive Oil on Branzino.

Generously season fish inside and out with “Peruvian Garlic”

Thinly slice Citrus Fruits and White Onion.

Break off leaves of parsley and cilantro.

Stuff fish with onion, citrus fruits, and herbs.

Place branzino in baking dish.

Top with a few cubes of butter.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Uncovered and finish baking for 5-10 minutes. You can put the oven on broil if you’d like to add a nice char to the fish.
